South Everett is an amazing commuter’s community. When comparing the 30-45 minute drive to Seattle from South Everett to the drive from downtown Everett to Seattle which could be up to hour depending on the time of day. This is continuous with all other major cities in the area, such as Bellevue. It also has an advantage of being so close to Seattle and King County, but avoids the high prices and high populations.
